In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "888pkr" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" means the 888pkr online betting and casino platform operating at 888pkr.net and all associated subdomains and services.
• "User" / "you" / "Player" means any individual who registers an account with 888pkr or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration at 888pkr.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's 888pkr account, comprising deposited funds and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a User's account by 888pkr, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, gaming, and ancillary services made available through the 888pkr platform, including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino games, slots, fishing games, and the account management dashboard.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary account currency used on 888pkr.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an account at 888pkr, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 888pkr does not represent that access to the platform is legal in all jurisdictions, and users in Pakistan and all other territories are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming under their applicable local laws.
• Maintain only one (1) account per individual. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not register on behalf of another person, a corporate entity, or any third party.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, to the best of your knowledge.

888pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each User is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 888pkr account credentials, including their username, password, and OTP codes. 888pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must immediately notify 888pkr via live chat or the support ticket system if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure.
• 888pkr may suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as described in these Terms.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200, deducted from the account balance where funds are available, after prior notice to the registered mobile number.
• 888pkr reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion and return the verified balance to the registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

All deposits and withdrawals at 888pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, Easypaisa
• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other major Pakistani banks
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 network only)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are disclosed in your account cashier section.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to identity verification completion. 888pkr processes withdrawal requests within standard processing timeframes: mobile wallets 1–24 hours; bank transfers 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency 30 minutes to 4 hours pending network confirmation.

888pkr reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, in compliance with applicable international anti-money-laundering standards.

888pkr offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements typically range from 15× to 40× the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games and certain RNG table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) compared to slot games (typically 100% contribution). Contribution rates are disclosed per bonus offer.
• 888pkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to cancel any bonus from a User's account if 888pkr suspects the User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-variance betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other pattern inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• All bonus terms are subject to revision. The current applicable terms are those displayed at the time you opt into a specific promotion.

All betting and gaming activity on 888pkr is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules applicable to individual products:

• Bets placed and accepted by the 888pkr platform are binding. You may not cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and table as displayed within the platform interface. 888pkr reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error, 888pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Settlement of such bets as originally displayed will not be enforceable.
• For live betting (in-play markets), bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded, or after a material event (such as a wicket, goal, or penalty decision) has occurred but before the platform has updated, may be voided at 888pkr's discretion.
• All casino games use certified and regularly audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer hardware, as applicable. 888pkr does not manipulate outcomes.
• 888pkr reserves the right to suspend any market, game, or account at any time where integrity concerns are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 888pkr and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration, verification, or withdrawal processes.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player format.
• Any form of money laundering, including using 888pkr accounts to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting any technical glitch, system error, or pricing mistake in bad faith.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Any conduct that 888pkr, in its reasonable judgement, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, other users, or the broader online gaming community.

All content on the 888pkr platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, odds data, and game content — is the intellectual property of 888pkr or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the 888pkr platform without prior written consent from 888pkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet infrastructure issues, or events beyond 888pkr's reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, or telecommunications failures).
• Any financial losses sustained as a direct result of gambling activity. Users engage in betting and casino gaming at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 888pkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

888pkr is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Users within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a defined gaming session duration and optionally be logged out automatically.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 888pkr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Your continued use of 888pkr services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
